Job Title Senior Platform Operations ManagerJob Description About The Position | Major goals and objectives and location requirements The Senior Platform Operations Manager plays a critical role within the Growth team, ensuring excellence across our email and notification programs. This role acts as the primary operations partner for the People App, translating product initiatives into scalable, testable, and reliable email, push notification and in-app messaging workflows. This individual is responsible for maintaining the operational integrity of People App's email and notification campaign-from setup through deployment-while driving innovation in how we communicate with our audiences. Working at the intersection of email, mobile app messaging, data operations, and vendor management, this role will oversee campaign setup, execution, monitor deliverability health, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our programs deliver both user value and growth. Hybrid 3x a week- (Des Moines, IA) In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance.
