Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Education and Experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a discipline developing analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Minimum 2 years previous experience training, designing and supporting medical software applications required. Experience in adult education and detailed understanding of workflows and system configuration required. Certification and Licensure Prior certification in Epic application preferred. Required to achieve assigned Computer Application certifications within 90 days of training and to maintain assigned certification while in this role. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check. Must be able to follow written/oral instructions. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Experience with and demonstrates competence in Microsoft Office Applications. Ability to work independently and be result oriented. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks and project components. Ability to lead.
