ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy program SKILLS AND ABILITIES The Special Physical Demands are considered Essential Job Functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations. LEVEL OF SUPERVISION Some independent judgment is required, but alternatives are limited by standard practices or procedures. SUPERVISES Indirectly supervises technicians. This position is involved in the recruitment and orientation process and provides performance feedback and input for performance evaluation purposes. May implement coaching, counseling, and corrective action when needed. Supervisory responsibilities are conducted in accordance with directives of management, the organization policies, and applicable laws.
