As a member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, the TA Consultant, will partner with hiring managers to execute recruitment strategies to build a qualified and diverse candidate pools. Act as a talent advisor to hiring leaders at UMMH and offer a positive, respectful, and inclusive experience to all candidates throughout the process. Ensures performance with established TA metrics and service levels. While sourcing candidates is a responsibility of this role, TA Consultant may engage with TA Sourcing team on difficult-to-fill or high-volume roles as needed. TA Consultant will raise attractiveness issues to the TA Leadership team to ensure diverse quality hiring.Primary Areas of Focus- Ambulatory/Outpatient Services Medical Assistants (MA) Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) Registered Nurses (RN) Ambulatory Service Representatives (ASR) I. Major Responsibilities: 1 (50%). Leads the full cycle recruitment process. This includes creative sourcing, resume evaluation, and candidate screening for open requisitions.Using the applicant tracking system (ATS), facilitate the job posting, confirm requirements are appropriate for the approved job description, and activate posting. Using the ATS, present qualified diverse applicants to the hiring manager for consideration and monitor progress through the interview process. Coach and provide guidance on offers leveraging guidance from the compensation team, and extend offers to candidate. Monitors performance against established TA metrics and service level agreements through the full lifecycle of recruitment. II. Position Qualifications: License/Certification/Education: Experience/Skill: Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements. Department-specific competencies, including age-specific competencies and their measurements will be developed and maintained in the individual departments. The competencies will be maintained and attached to the departmental job description.Responsible managers will review competencies with position incumbents. III.
