We are currently seeking a Corporate Marketing Manager,
Client Advocacy
, to lead programs that bring the voice of the customer to
life across the organization. This role is responsible for building and
executing advocacy initiatives that highlight client success, strengthen the
brand, and support key business priorities.

You will drive projects from concept through delivery by
aligning the right teams, tools, and processes to ensure work moves forward
efficiently and produces measurable impact. Partnering closely with product
marketing, sales, creative, field marketing, and business unit stakeholders,
you'll develop integrated, multi-channel programs that turn customer outcomes
into compelling stories for the market.

Success in this role requires strong cross-functional
collaboration, the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once, and a sharp
eye for maintaining consistent brand and messaging standards across every
touchpoint.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, manage, and execute marketing programs within an
    assigned functional area
  • Drive projects forward by coordinating across internal
    teams, tools, and systems to ensure on-time delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows
    for complex, multi-stakeholder programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across product
    marketing, sales, creative, and business units to align priorities and
    deliverables
  • Serve as a connector between corporate marketing and field
    or business unit teams to ensure programs are relevant and coordinated
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and
    partners to support program execution
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to messaging
    standards across all marketing materials and channels
  • Define and track KPIs for assigned programs and report on
    performance with recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and document processes, templates, and best
    practices to improve team efficiency and scalability
  • Monitor industry trends, platform developments, and
    competitive activity relevant to area of focus
  • Contribute to corporate marketing strategy by sharing
    insights, recommendations, and cross-functional learnings
  • Represent the corporate marketing team in internal and
    external forums as needed
  • Lead, coach, or mentor marketing team members, as applicable

REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or
    related field
  • Seven years of experience planning and executing marketing
    strategies
  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) marketing
    organization
  • Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating marketing
    programs end-to-end
  • Proven track record generating and capturing product demand
    through data-driven marketing

PREFERRED:

  • Experience managing customer reference, testimonial, or case
    study programs at scale
  • Familiarity with customer advocacy platforms (such as
    ReferenceEdge, Influitive, or similar tools)
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with
    clients and internal stakeholders to source and develop compelling success
    stories
  • Experience producing a variety of advocacy content formats including
    written case studies, video testimonials, and speaker programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
    multiple advocacy initiatives simultaneously across business units or product
    lines
  • Background in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS or
    enterprise software environments
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, product
    marketing, and creative teams to align advocacy efforts with broader
    go-to-market strategies

Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000
