About the Role

This role will report to the Director of ES Strategic Initiatives to support the office of the Chief People Officer within our Employee Success (HR) organization. This pivotal role will partner closely with CPO Direct Reports on the top strategic projects for Employee Success. Acting as a force multiplier and trusted advisor, this role will drive clarity, alignment, and execution across the Employee Success leadership team and beyond. This role will manage priorities, lead through influence, and orchestrate initiatives that touch every corner of our organization. A successful candidate will be adept at breaking siloes, fostering complex stakeholder management, and preparing executive presentations and briefings. The ability to communicate clearly and remain organized is a must. This is a highly strategic role supporting the largest technology and HR transformation of our time - human and agent collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support ES's most critical priorities and strategic initiatives

  • Act as a liaison and connector across ES leadership team and business stakeholders to accelerate decisions, remove siloes, and streamline operations

  • Collaborate with CPO directs to prioritize, operationalize, and measure the success of business priorities

  • Anticipate needs, surface issues early, and recommend solutions to keep the ES org focused on highest-value priorities

  • Support executive briefings on critical business decisions and updates

  • Proactively identify challenges and opportunities requiring executive engagement and coordinate and track key milestones for the strategic initiatives.

  • Develop and manage the content and logistics for key meetings such offsites, QBRs, customer meetings, board, and more.

  • Partner with data analytics team to identify trends, opportunities, and enhance storytelling

  • Develop strong partnership with the CPO comms team to tailor and amplify the CPO voice and messaging

  • Partner with the executive assistant community to ensure efficient scheduling and preparation for project milestones, upcoming meetings and events

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 8+ years of leadership experience with a background in management consulting, Chief of Staff capacity, program management, operations, and/or HR

  • Experience working in or supporting C-suite offices

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives

  • Demonstrated ability working in a highly matrixed and fast paced organization and delivering high impact results

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation design and written communications. Proven ability to earn trust and credibility quickly

  • Ability to make trade-offs and manage potential conflict and disagreement

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and make independent decisions

  • Strong ability to manage multiple deliverables and highly proficient prioritization skills. Exceptional organization skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion

  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions

  • Data-driven and detail oriented - skilled at analytics and storytelling through data

  • Expertise and experience in HR, Talent Management, and Technology. Understanding of AI and HR intersection is a plus.

The typical base salary range for this position is $143,400 - $216,900 annually.
