SummaryThe HR Operations Generalist plays a key role in delivering comprehensive HR support to teams across the US and is often the first contact that employees have with HR at Varex. This position manages a broad range of HR responsibilities with emphasis on employee relations, employee lifecycle management, and the execution of HR policies and programs. Success in this role requires strong HR process knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to provide effective support to both salaried professionals and an hourly manufacturing workforce across multiple functional areas.

Job Description
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfers to ensure smooth transitions and compliance.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, ensure data integrity, and generate reports for decision-making.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and guidance on HR policies and procedures. Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations when necessary, and provide guidance to supervisors and managers on effective conflict resolution. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information and make informed decisions.
- Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures. Provide guidance and training for employees and managers. Promote a culture of communication, transparency, and adherence.
- Employee Engagement and Support: Facilitate a positive work environment where every voice can be heard and employees can be their authentic selves, address employee concerns, and support HR projects that enhance engagement and workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Supports the performance management process by providing guidance on goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans. Collaborate with managers to address performance-related issues and foster a culture of continuous feedback and development.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR colleagues, including HR business partners, talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, and compensation and benefits to deliver integrated and effective HR services to the site.
- Process Improvement: Standardize HR processes, implement automation, and continuously improve operational efficiency.
- Benefits Support: Partner with our benefits team to assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), in Human Resources, or a related field or Master's degree with 3 years related experience.
- 5 years of related HR experience in generalist roles, with a focus on HR service delivery.

- Ability to influence and coach leaders at every level
- Leverage analytical skill to identify trends and make data based decisions
