Administrative Assistant Location

Overview QuarterLine (QL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistants to support the Medical Home Port program under the U.S. Navy in multiple locations. This position involves a wide range of administrative and technical tasks in direct support of our mission to serve the military community. Note: This position is contingent upon contract award and is subject to government approval. Employment will commence only upon successful award and funding of the contract. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities
Receives and screens telephone calls; receives walk-in patients; responds to various general and routine medical, personnel and administrative inquiries, and escorts patients as necessary.
