Toppan Merrill has an exciting opportunity for a Data Entry Operator to join our production team in Sartell, MN. You will sit in our production area sorting mail and entering data into excel.

Shift: Flexible/Target 1:00pm - 6:00pm 3 days a week (Mon-Fri)

Job Responsibilities:

• Sort incoming return mail
• Scan in, tag, and enter data from sorted return mail
• Maintain high accuracy for data entry
• Promote teamwork
• Follow work direction given by coordinators and leads.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

About You:

• High school diploma
• 0-2 years related work experience
• Ability to read work orders and follow instructions
• Ability to do basic math calculations
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written
• intermediate computer skills (excel spreadsheets, rename documents, scan in paperwork)
