We are seeking a Regional Controller with a strong background in restaurant or hospitality finance. Minimum 5+ years of corporate accounting/finance experience, including 1+ year in management. Food & beverage industry experience is a plus; CPA preferred but not required. Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance. Experience in financial statement preparation and regulatory reporting. Proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic planning. Technology & Systems: Skilled in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with industry tools such as SAPand cost analysis software. Ability to leverage technology to improve financial processes and reporting. Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and facilitating productive discussions. Ability to communicate complex financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences. Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment. Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts with sound judgment. Work Environment & Travel: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Comfortable working in an enterprise-level digital and physical environment.
