Launch Your Career in Strategy, Growth, and Government Consulting

RELI Group is seeking a Business Development & Capture Intern to support our federal consulting growth efforts and gain handson experience across the full business development lifecycle.

This internship offers real exposure to market research, capture strategy, and proposal development for the national security sector of the business-working directly with experienced professionals in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with market research, capture, and proposal managers to identify and document RELI's endtoend business development pipeline
• Gather new and legacy government and industry points of contact and enter them into the TechnoMile tool
• Help establish meetings, calls, and followups with government and industry stakeholders
• Research potential business opportunities and input them into TechnoMile
• Track business opportunities through the full business development pipeline

Job Qualifications Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a current undergraduate or graduate degree program
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft platforms (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience conducting research and compiling data efficiently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to travel on-site to RELI HQ in Windsor Mill, MD as needed

Compensation The hourly rate for this position is $15.00 per hour. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, location, business needs, and applicable employment laws. This is one component of RELI Group's total compensation and benefits package.
