What You'll Do

SourceAmerica is seeking a Senior Workforce Management Partner to join our Mission Services team. In this role, you will be the primary advisor to Nonprofit Agency (NPA) network to implement actionable ideas that benefit NPA efforts to fill open positions on federal government contracts through the AbilityOne Program.

Consult with and advise NPAs on strategies to create, grow and sustain their Talent Acquisition programs. Responsible for managing the workflow and efforts of recruitment consultants who will directly drive the sourcing and talent acquisition lifecycle for the NPAs. Navigate and manage vendors and staffing agencies to become the liaison and 'go to person' for key recruitment partners. Assist with relationship building between the NPAs and staffing agencies.

*Due to the requirements of this position, candidates must live within a 30-mile commuting distance from SourceAmerica's National Office, Vienna, VA; Kennesaw, GA; or Rosemont, IL field offices and work 2-3 days per week in the office.

How You Will Spend Your Day ...

  • Primary advisor to the NPA network on creating, sustaining, and growing recruitment practices.
  • Proactive outreach to NPA network with the goal to socialize our Talent Acquisition Pilot and influence participation.
  • Offer guidance, mentorship, coaching and management of Recruitment Consultants.
  • Assist Recruitment Consultants by helping to uncover sources of talent, offering suggestions and/or hands-on assistance to socialize jobs and generate methods of enhancing market awareness.
  • Ensure program timelines and deliverables are met and address then communicate changes.
  • Collaborating to create or deliver relevant training content for NPAs.
  • Partner with Marketing Communications to create job posting templates, social media collateral, and promote staffing resources to ensure a high rate of adoption and achieve successful outcomes.
  • Work with the financial assistance team to align grant opportunities with NPA resource needs.
  • Align with Procurement for contract management, invoice approvals and payment
  • Oversee and manage budget, including resource management, return on investment, burn down timeline and offer solutions to maintain budget.
  • Participate in and with cross-functional and external teams.

Salary Range

The salary for this position falls in a range between $110,000 - $120,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of strategic sales management and business development experience, preferably within a nonprofit environment.
  • Solid professional integrity and accountability.
  • Proven expertise in establishing and managing recruitment programs.
  • 7+ years' experience in Recruitment.
  • 3 years' experience managing Recruitment Consultants, including remote workers.
  • Basic Budgeting, including Budgeting fundamentals, Forecasting, ROI modeling, Burndown timeline management.
  • Proven expertise in managing staffing company relationships.
  • Strong customer service and client management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years relevant work experience in business development and sales.
  • Willingness to roll-up-sleeves and directly assist Recruitment Consultant or colleagues
  • Experience with recruiting diverse candidates, specifically persons with disabilities.
  • Open and collaborate communicate style, including verbal, written and presenter communication skills.
  • A client and team focused approach, including a solutions mindset.
  • Experience consulting or advising Human Resources executives on workforce management practices.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting and assisting with hourly and salaried roles.
  • Experience working within a non-profit.

Work Environment

Our organization offers a hybrid work model-where employees work in our office two to three days per week and work from home the balance of the workweek. *Due to the requirements of this position, candidates must live within a 30-mile commuting distance from SourceAmerica's National Office, Vienna, VA; Kennesaw, GA; or Rosemont, IL field offices and work 2-3 days per week in the office.
