Great Hill is seeking a Blood Bank SMEto support work with Armed Services Blood Program in Falls Church, VA. Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform testing related to blood typing, cross matching and blood product compatibility Report on blood product compatibility Assess country supply chains including collection, processing and storage capabilities Provide reports and briefings to senior leadership Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant scientific field (Biology, Chemistry, Hematology) OR minimum three additional years' experience as Clinical Laboratory Scientist Minimum three years of experience in clinical laboratory scientist role working with DOD military or civilian customers Strong analytical skills and experience with transfusion medicine Expertise in blood typing, cross matching and blood product compatibility Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage expectations with diverse stakeholders Ability to assess supply chains Desired Skills: Equal Opportunity Statement: Seneca Holdings provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex/gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, genetic information and/or predisposing genetic characteristics, victim of domestic violence status, veteran status, or other protected class status.
