WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

FULL SUMMARY

This position will serve as a strong resource for our clients and ourbusiness partners. The Digital Coordinator is responsible for the growth and utilization of all digital aspects of the rental business, including interactive Caterpillar and Allied software applications in partnership with our current clientele and CAT National Accounts. The digital coordinator will build and maintain the digital online catalog, client portal access, and all administrative functions for the rental division.This individual will collaborate with our new and existing clientele to provide specialized training to further integrate this software as an essential tool for their business.

Digital Sales Development



  • Maintain online digital catalog with equipment photos, pricing, and product specifications.


  • Granting internal user access and initial training on the Dealer Management Tool (DMT) portal.


  • Oversee the timeliness and process of the request through the DMT to various departments.


  • Responsible for conducting client onboarding training and continuous training both in person and virtually.


  • Assist in developing marketing strategies and content to create awareness, desire, and knowledge to utilize digital tools that are focused on overall rental fleet management and productivity.


  • Responsible for growing digital tool utilization for both new and existing users ensuring clients continue to stay engaged with the application.


  • Maintain CAT rental national account and premier pricing library on the internal one drive.


  • Program and implement all associated pricing in our system for both national and premier accounts.


  • Facilitate and assist in the development and internal use of the application within all division with a rental fleet.


  • Assist in research and execution of the telematics deployment for the CAT and Allied fleet.


  • Assign and track leads to the rental team that are received from the DMT.


  • Responsible for providing monthly reporting to CAT and the VP or Rental on current clients, utilization, and lead generation totals.


  • Work with JT Bates on all claims


  • Product Link registration and subscription management through CAT affiliated site.


  • Develop and execute the deployment of new software installation and tracking all allied assets.


SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:



  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft computer products or other comparable systems required.


  • Knowledge or ability to learn Rental software.


  • Ability to design and deliver presentation material in an efficient, effective manner.


  • Proven skills in written and verbal communications, planning, organizing, and interpersonal relationship building.


  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with little to no supervision.


  • Ability to set and manage priorities.


  • Strong customer service experience required.


  • Must be self-starter with a strong sense of urgency to meet the challenges of a fast-paced business environment.


  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with others.


  • Consistent attendance.


  • Ability to travel overnight as needed.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:



  • Proof of high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.


  • Minimum of six months customer service or training experience required; industry experience preferred.


  • Minimum of one year experience in digital applications, ERP software, or related customer database administration, preferred.


  • Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write in English).
  • Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.


PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS:



  • Ability to stand for long periods of time along with walking, sitting, repetitive climbing stairs, reaching (including but not limited to above-shoulder reaching), repetitive bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, leaning, and twisting.


  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. in accordance with Western States' Lifting Policy to include amount and approach.


  • Must be able to meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies.
