Description:
This is a position that provides advanced technical support for one or more project teams concurrently.

Key Tasks:
* Support hardware testing, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
* Quick learner able to multi-task with different projects.
* Packaging systems and components for domestic and international shipping.
* Develop creative solutions to challenging problems, ensuring compliance with protocols.
* Collaborate with a broad group of cross-functional staff including engineers and other technicians.
* Supports testing from concept to V&V and beyond as necessary
* Display mechanical aptitude

Key Working Relationships:
Supervisor, Engineers, Designers/Technicians

Skills & Qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED - Required
* Associate's Degree or 2-year trade/military school - Preferred
* Possesses the analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems - Required
* Handles multiple concurrent projects, understands priorities of assigned tasks and plans daily activities accordingly.
* Develops creative solutions to challenging problems. Required
