Responsibilities
Translate business and functional strategies into clear people and organizational priorities aligned to enterprise vision and execution Partner with business leadership teams to align talent, structure, culture, and processes in support of business objectives Collaborate with global leadership and HR Centers of Excellence to design and deliver talent and organizational initiatives Identify the need for change and lead the implementation of new or evolving organizational structures, leadership models, and talent programs Influence, coach, and advise leaders on team effectiveness, change management, and leadership capability development Partner with HR Services and Centers of Excellence (e.g., compensation, talent management, talent acquisition) to ensure HR programs are aligned to business needs and executed effectively Lead high-impact projects in support of business, client group, and HR functional priorities Learn, model, and reinforce the culture as a source of competitive advantage
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline (e.g., Psychology) Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in organizational design and integrated talent management (e.g., talent management, talent development, organizational change) within complex business environments Experience working internationally and partnering with commercial teams strongly preferred Demonstrated experience influencing senior leaders in roles requiring influence without direct authority Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting M&A activity, including due diligence, integration, and pre-sale efforts Ability to work independently while effectively balancing collaboration with minimal supervision Proven capability to think strategically while also driving execution and implementation Demonstrated effectiveness working in ambiguous environments where solutions are not always predefined Strong strategic thinking applied to functional plan development and execution Ability to establish credibility through integrity and follow-through, demonstrate proactive leadership, challenge assumptions constructively, and operate as a trusted thought partner who builds relationships and delivers results
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent HR certification - Compensation or HR analytics experience preferred
Experience working with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, and CRM systems
