About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Business Partner to join our team, ideally in a hybrid capacity based in Phoenix or Flagstaff, Arizona; however, a fully remote arrangement may be considered. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and facilitator to leaders across the organization, enabling effective talent development through strategic vendor partnerships, career path planning, and leadership development initiatives. This role focuses on building organizational capability by aligning talent strategies with business needs and ensuring associates are engaged, supported, and prepared for future opportunities
Responsibilities
Facilitate talent review and succession planning discussions with leaders, translating outcomes into actionable development plans for high-potential talent Partner with leaders and associates to design career pathways, identifying required competencies, skills, and experiences for progression Support leadership development initiatives, including facilitated sessions, coaching frameworks, and learning programs for emerging and mid-level leaders Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development vendors, and Enterprise resources to align talent initiatives with business needs and industry trends Monitor and report on talent development progress, providing insights to strengthen engagement, retention, and pipeline health Serve as a subject matter expert in talent management, advising on performance development practices, feedback culture, and mentoring programs Contribute to the development and enhancement of tools, resources, and processes that build leadership capability and strengthen the talent pipeline Act as a strategic advisor to leaders, influencing enterprise-wide talent philosophies and practices to support business performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field 5 years of progressive experience in talent management, learning and development, and/or HR business partner roles Demonstrated success facilitating talent review discussions and implementing career path and development frameworks Experience within manufacturing or innovation-driven industries preferred Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills Ability to operate independently as an individual contributor while collaborating effectively across functions Comfort leveraging talent metrics and analytics to support data-driven decision-making Willingness to travel approximately 20-25%, as applicable
This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed, Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore's work arrangement policies.
