ChristianaCare, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare, is actively recruiting a dedicated Family Medicine or IM trained primary care physician to run our brand-new practice in Aston, Pennsylvania, opening in summer 2026! Position Highlights Build a new practice with an AP and a small number support staff Patient Demographics: Internal Medicine for patients over 18 years old, Family Medicine for all ages Patient Panel: Opportunity to build own panel. Responsibilities: Supervising clinical staff Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. Must be FM or IM BC. Experience preferred Why ChristianaCare? Time Away from Practice (TAP) program: Includes CME, planned and unplanned time off, totaling 344 hours (6 weeks) Annual Compensation Range $251,302.00 - $361,417.00 The above compensation range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting for full-time hours in the respective specialty. The actual compensation within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation the fair market value for physician services in the relevant specialty and the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, credentials, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. The compensation range listed may encompass various forms of applicable compensation for this position, including, but not limited to, productivity incentives, value-based incentives and other ancillary forms of compensation dependent upon operational factors such as hours worked, call coverage and other factors.
