Engineering Confidence in Every Fire Protection Decision The Lead Fire Protection Engineer heads a team responsible for developing fire protection engineering judgments and providing technical guidance to designers, inspectors, and installers of firestop systems. This role oversees a cluster of fire protection engineers to ensure delivery of timely, accurate, and technically sound fire protection solutions. The Lead Fire Protection Engineer establishes technical excellence, drives team development, and collaborates cross-functionally to support broader organizational goals. What You'll do Lead, mentor, and develop a team of fire protection engineers. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
