Job Title: MOSA (GPO)Job DescriptionThis is a full-time position with a shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role involves indexing, which requires reviewing documentation sent by borrowers or third parties in electronic format and correctly identifying and assigning it to the appropriate loan number. Speed and accuracy are crucial components for success in this role. Responsibilities * Review documentation from borrowers or third parties in electronic format. * Identify documents such as title binders or Verification of Employment. * Assign documents to the proper loan number. * Ensure tasks are completed with speed and accuracy. Essential Skills * Proficiency in administrative and clerical tasks. * Experience in mortgage, finance, or accounting. * Strong data entry skills, including alpha-numeric data entry. * Attention to detail and accuracy. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Basic office and administrative skills. * Ability to work well in a team. * Willingness and eagerness to learn. * Preferred experience in the mortgage industry.
