Overview We are seeking a detailoriented and reliable Sterilization Technician to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient clinical environment. The ideal candidate will support daily operations by ensuring all dental instruments are cleaned, sanitized, sterilized, and tracked according to strict infection control standards. Key Responsibilities * Maintain supply orders and ensure proper stock levels to support daily operations. * Attend team meetings and training sessions as required. * Clean, sanitize, and organize dental instruments to uphold high standards of patient care. * Follow all OSHA regulations and safety protocols. * Sterilize instruments promptly upon receipt and ensure proper workflow within central sterilization. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in all sterilization areas. * Accurately log spore testing results and maintain all sterilization documentation. * Use instrumenttracking systems to monitor sterilization cycles and instrument locations. * Communicate equipment, supply, or procedural concerns to the Lead Sterilization Technician. * Support provider needs and special requests related to instruments and handpieces. * Collaborate effectively with team members to help the Dental Center achieve its goals. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of St. Louis, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
