Job Description We are seeking an IT Support professional to provide reliable day-to-day technical assistance in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for supporting internal users, maintaining endpoint and SaaS systems. Key Responsibilities * Deliver timely technical support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and access-related issues * Manage onboarding and offboarding by provisioning and deprovisioning user accounts, devices, and system access * Triage, prioritize, and resolve support tickets, escalating complex or unresolved issues as needed * Support and troubleshoot a variety of SaaS applications and cloud-based tools * Assist with device management and endpoint support using MDM solutions Required Skills & Qualifications * 2-5 years of experience in IT support roles such as helpdesk or desktop support, preferably in startup or MSP environments * Exposure to automation tools * Familiarity with macOS and Windows operating systems * Basic understanding of user access management, roles, and SaaS administration * Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, particularly in remote support environments Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
