The intern will assist with research, analysis, documentation, and cross-team coordination efforts while learning how large-scale telecom systems are designed and operated. This role emphasizes learning, mentorship, and the practical application of engineering concepts. What It's Like Our team supports T-Mobile's network evolution by analyzing how emerging technologies and architectural decisions impact network performance, reliability, and scalability. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world network and system design challenges within a collaborative engineering environment. The intern will assist with research, analysis, documentation, and cross-team coordination efforts while learning how large-scale telecom systems are designed and operated. This role emphasizes learning, mentorship, and the practical application of engineering concepts. What You'll Do The intern will support ongoing initiatives focused on evaluating how emerging technologies and architectural changes impact network performance, resiliency, and scalability. They will assist with data analysis, documentation, and technical research to help inform design decisions and operational improvements. The intern will collaborate with engineers and architects across teams to understand end-to-end system workflows and dependencies. Their work will contribute to improving visibility into network behavior and support data-driven recommendations for future enhancements. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education. Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $26/hour to $47/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on education/STEM vs non-STEM designation. Never stop growing! | |
