Summary

You will design, develop, implement and oversee enterprise technology, including hardware, software and networks. You will implement short- and long-term IT solutions that meet the needs of the organization. You will install, configure, administer, upgrade and maintain security for IT hardware, software and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the endtoend design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FSCM capabilities, including:

    • Credit Management (FINFSCMCR)

    • Collections Management (FINFSCMCOL)

    • Dispute Management (FINFSCMDM)

    • Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI) and BP synchronization

    • Biller Direct / Customer Financial Portal (optional)

  • Configure Credit Master Data, credit rules, risk categories, scoring models, and automated credit exposure processes.

  • Design and implement Collections strategies, worklists, correspondence templates, dunning rules, and dispute workflows.

  • Configure Dispute Case Types, reason codes, workflow routing, SLA tracking, and approval processes.

  • Establish and support integration points with FIAR, SD credit checks, and Treasury/BCM (nice to have).

  • Ensure accurate Credit Exposure integration across FIAR open items, SD sales orders and deliveries, and Billing and payment history

  • Develop and maintain interfaces with external credit rating agencies (e.g., D&B, Experian) and internal scoring logic.

  • Lead functional testing, UAT cycles, cutover planning, and postgolive hypercare.

  • Prepare highquality functional specifications, test scripts, configuration documentation, and training materials.

  • Collaborate with ABAP and middleware teams to deliver enhancements, BADIs, workflows, and Fiori app enablement.

  • BADI implementations and FSCM workflows

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO, supporting highdemand, fastpaced IT environments.

  • Background in manufacturing-preferably specialty chemicals or similar industries-is a strong advantage.

  • Broad and deep understanding of IT technologies with the ability to recommend scalable, effective solutions.

  • Strong customer focus with a bias for action and problem resolution.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across internal and external stakeholders.

  • A challenger mindset-comfortable questioning the status quo, driving innovation, and promoting creative solutions.

  • Commitment to a collaborative, transparent, nonhierarchical team culture built on trust.

  • Willingness to step outside comfort zones, continuously learn, and encourage the team to do the same.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $107,500.00 and $179,160.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
