Primary Purpose:


Solves complex OD problems and improves existing processes; works independently and may lead small projects with measurable results.



Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Facilitates team effectiveness sessions, OD interventions, and conflict resolution interventions; clarifies decision rights and role boundaries.
  • Drives strategic alignment by translating the organization's strategic plan into OD interventions.
  • Analyzes survey and performance data; recommends targeted interventions and quantifies expected benefits.
  • Designs and implements change plans, including communication, training, reinforcement, and adoption checkpoints.
  • Conducts analysis of organizational structures recommending adjustments to improve operational efficiency and performance.
  • Works with business leaders to identify gaps in staffing, skills and processes that hinder organizational effectiveness.
  • Designs and facilitates employee and leadership development curriculum; develops leadership capabilities to drive successful execution of strategic plan.
  • Coaches employees on their professional and career development.
  • Ensures organizational design changes align with organization policies and regulatory requirements supporting smooth transitions and compliance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:



  • Typically requires a 4 year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Typically requires 5 years of related experience.



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:



  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Business Analysis - Analyzing current business state within the context of future business state expectations and determining whether new business strategies are needed to address existing issues or meet new needs. Estimating the level of effort to enhance or expand current business strategies.
  • Business Partnering & Consulting - Acts as a trusted advisor and builds strong relationships with colleagues and the business to drive business performance by demonstrating and applying a deep understanding of the business, the commercial context and the wider world of work to influence value drivers to optimize productivity. Interfaces with all levels of management on critical and sensitive issues.
  • Business Process Improvement - Analyzes business processes and workflows within the organization and identifies new approaches to redesign business activities or optimize performance, quality and speed of processes.
  • Communication Management - The systematic planning, implementing, monitoring, and revision of all the channels of communication within an organization and between organizations.
  • Confidentiality and Professionalism - Maintains strict confidentiality regarding employee information. Consistently represents the organization with professionalism in all interactions.
  • Organization Design - Identifying new organizational structures and modes of governance to assist leaders in achieving their organization strategy.
  • Organizational Transformation - A business strategy for change management intended to move the organization from where it currently is to a desired future states to achieve business continuity and competitive advantage.
  • Project/Program Management - The process of leading the work of a team to achieve goals and meet success criteria at a specified time.
  • Risk Management - Identifies, evaluates and manages risks by developing and implementing risk management strategies, frameworks, policies, procedures and practices.
  • Stakeholder Management - The process of organizing, monitoring and improving relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strategic Roadmapping - The process of determining the actions, steps, and resources needed to take a strategic initiative from vision to reality.
