Sr MX Agent

Monitors team productivity related to effectively keeping facilities clean and equipment operating properly/safely and ensuring all required records and reports are documented properly and accurately.

Essential Functions

• Monitors team productivity in maintaining clean facilities, operating equipment properly and safely, and ensuring accurate documentation.

• Trains employees on equipment operation and provide guidance to less experienced coworkers.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High school diploma/GED.

Minimum Experience

Six (6) months experience performing facilities and equipment maintenance. Related education/degree may offset experience requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Detail oriented.

• Works well under stress and able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

Job Conditions

• Able to work variable shifts and weekends/holidays.

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver items of any weight above 50 pounds with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.

• Ability to operate all material handling (belts, conveyors, forklifts, etc.), disposal equipment, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), boiler, plumbing, etc. in use at facility.

Preferred Qualifications: This position is onsite in Olive Branch MS, work shift is M-F 7:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.

Pay Transparency:

Pay: External payrate $20.00/hour Internal paygrade H28
