The 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor position in our Maintenance department in Baltimore, MD supervises mechanics and housekeepers, maintains and secures the building and grounds, ensures the equipment and systems are in proper working condition, orders parts and supplies, trains mechanics and housekeepers, corroborates with GM on budgeting and equipment repairs and purchases. The anticipated salary for this position ranges between $62,700 to $78,000 per year. They will be responsible for working the following schedule: Second Shift Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 11:30pm Ability to work overtime is required.
