Location Address: Remote Office Santa Fe, NM 87501Compensation Pay Range: Minimum Offer $67,100.80 Maximum Offer $102,460.80 Now Hiring: Professional Coding Manager-RemoteSummary: Manages, plans and coordinates the daily operations of the enterprise coding service to include the following: implementation of and compliance with national, enterprise and HIM department coding policies and procedures for PHS. Develops, documents and oversees training of all enterprise HIM coding staff including ICD-9 and transition to ICD-10. In addition, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Enterprise Coding to ensure compliance with the Organization s financial goals and policies and procedures as well as compliance with all Federal and State laws and regulatory bodies. Particular focus on coding accuracy, accounts receivable performance and staff productivity. Subject matter expert for coding. Fosters open communications, shares the ideas, concerns and needs of the staff with department leadership.
