Starting Pay - $29.33 - $36.66

Offers for external candidates are generally made between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

General HR Support



  • Serves as a resource for employees by answering phones, responding to inquiries, and routing calls appropriately.
  • Provides administrative support for the Human Resources department, including processing door access requests, creating and printing badges, monitoring shared inboxes, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Creates and updates HR policies and other key documents.
  • Creates and updates documents for rehabilitation services.
  • Schedules practice development checkin meetings with clinicians.
  • Coordinates employee recognition events, including the annual employee recognition breakfast and retirement celebrations.
  • Administers the tuition reimbursement program and assists with processing employee scholarships.
  • Schedules meetings for HR staff, reserves conference rooms, and coordinates meeting logistics including meals and equipment.
  • Keeps executives informed of changes and updates to schedules.
  • Schedules meetings and prepares agendas and supporting materials for key governance and operational committees; attends meetings and takes minutes.
  • Provides administrative support to the employee health department.


Recruitment & Onboarding



  • Provides key administrative support to the employment function, including scheduling interviews and supporting newhire processes.
  • Creates and updates key HR documents such as job descriptions, employment letters, and disciplinary/termination letters.
  • Produces professional work with minimal typing and grammatical errors.


Employee Relations & Support



  • Serves as a backup resource for employee relations and provides support to employees with questions or concerns under the direction of the Employee Relations/Compensation Coordinator.


Benefits & Leave Administration



  • Serves as a backup resource for the benefits and leave of absence team by supporting benefits enrollment, changes, and employee education regarding available plans.
  • Assists employees with questions related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.


Performance & Development



  • Provides administrative support to the training and staff development function.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
