Part-Time Order Fulfillment Assembler

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Order Fulfillment Assembler to join our manufacturing team working 1-5pm Monday through Friday. This role involves assembling products efficiently and accurately within a dynamic manufacturing environment, ensuring timely order processing and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience with assembly processes, and familiarity with warehouse operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced facility committed to excellence in manufacturing and customer satisfaction.

Duties



  • Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to meet quality standards and production deadlines.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to transport materials and finished goods within the facility.
  • Follow detailed assembly instructions and work on the production line to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Inspect components and finished assemblies for defects or inconsistencies, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking parts and materials used during assembly.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on assembly processes and workflow efficiencies.


Skills



  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility, preferably in assembly line roles.
  • Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical equipment effectively.
  • Warehouse experience including forklift operation is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read technical diagrams, assembly instructions, and schematics clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members across departments. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
