Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented graduating senior to join our Legal team as a Legal Intern - Documentation & Corporate Filings. This role will support the Corporate Paralegal and broader Legal team with corporate documentation, entity formation, regulatory filings, and internal legal record management. This internship provides hands-on exposure to corporate legal operations within a dynamic, multi-entity organization. The primary focus will be ensuring that documentation and filings are accurate, organized, and compliant across all corporate entities, LLCs, and subsidiaries.



Responsibilities

    Support the Corporate Paralegal with preparation and organization of corporate documentation
  • Assist with entity formation documents, including corporations and LLCs
  • Prepare and organize documentation for subsidiary entities
  • Coordinate corporate filings at the state and local level (as applicable)
  • Maintain and update corporate records, databases, and filing trackers
  • Assist with regulatory licensing documentation and renewals
  • Organize and digitize legal records for efficient retrieval
  • Conduct basic legal and compliance research as assigned
  • Prepare documentation binders and electronic folders for new entity formations
  • Support special projects and cross-functional legal initiatives


Qualifications

  • Graduating senior (bachelor's degree required, Legal Studies, Pre-Law, Business, or related field)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Interest in corporate law, compliance, or entity management
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior internship experience in a legal, compliance, or corporate setting
  • Familiarity with LLC formation or corporate governance concepts
  • Strong administrative and documentation management skills
