Job Summary

Church & Dwight is seeking an Order Fulfillment Rep to join our team. This role is responsible for providing operational support for domestic customer order fulfillment for the Animal Nutrition, Performance and Commercial & Professional business teams.

About the Role

The role focuses on accurate order management, coordination of domestic shipments, and system-based execution to meet Church & Dwight service and compliance standards. Responsibilities emphasize ownership of outcomes rather than task-based activities

Work Environment

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ and requires in- person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end domestic order management for Animal Nutrition, Performance and Commercial & Professional customers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to service expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer order-related inquiries, proactively resolving issues related to availability, order accuracy, and system exceptions.
  • Ensure domestic shipments are executed in compliance with internal policies, customer requirements, and applicable transportation regulations.
  • Manage and monitor orders received through multiple channels, including company website, EDI connectivity, and manual order entry, ensuring seamless integration into SAP.
  • Partner with Transportation, Warehousing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to drive on-time, complete domestic order fulfillment.
  • Maintain high-quality customer and order master data by coordinating updates with Master Data Management and validating accuracy in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Identify recurring order or shipment issues, apply standard work and best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Competencies
  • Demonstrated experience with EDI order processing and EDI connectivity preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including Fiori applications, strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and accountability
  • Exhibit the C&D Global Behaviors required within the Specialty Products Division, including being digitally savvy, maintaining a positive attitude, simplifying processes, helping others, aiming high, and getting the facts.
Education and Experience
  • HS diploma with 5+ years of demonstrated experience in customer logistics, order management, or supply chain support in a fast-paced environment; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with relevant experience in customer operations, logistics, or supply chain.
Compensation and Benefits

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $49,600-$70,600. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
