Corewell Health is seeking a dynamic APP Lead at Big Rapids, Reed City, and Greenville Hospitals to provide direct oversight and leadership to teams of CRNA's. The APP Lead role will be accountable for developing and managing the quality and overall performance of advanced practice clinical services in their respective division of the service line. They should possess excellent clinical skills and have strong management and leadership skills. They should ensure that APPs are practicing at the full extent of their licensure and education, within their scope of practice and are incorporated as a valuable member of team-based care. Corewell Health Big Rapids Hospital: Corewell Health Big Rapids Hospital is a 49-bed acute care hospitallocatedin Mecosta County.Big Rapids Hospitalmaintainsa level IV trauma designation and is a TJC Comprehensive Stroke Center.Big Rapids Hospital offers a full range of services, including inpatient medical, surgical, obstetrical, and critical care units.Outpatient services include a full-service laboratory; a full complement of medical imaging diagnostic services, including CT and MRI, 3D mammography, bone density testing, and ultrasound; comprehensive cardiopulmonary services; rehabilitation services, including cardiac, and pulmonary rehab; along with an array of outpatient surgical procedures. In addition, Big Rapids Hospital has a 24-hour emergency department with all-private treatment rooms. Medical staff include general surgery, orthopedic surgery, emergency medicine, urology, family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and obstetrics & gynecology. Corewell Health Reed City Hospital: Corewell Health Reed City Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital located in Osceola County. Reed City Hospital maintains a level IV trauma designation and is a TJC Comprehensive Stroke Center. Reed City Hospital includes an inpatient medical unit, 39-bed rehab and nursing center and a state-of-the-art cancer center. Outpatient services include a full-service laboratory; a full complement of medical imaging diagnostic services, including CT and MRI, 3D mammography, bone density testing, and ultrasound. In addition, Reed City Hospital has a 24-hour emergency department. Medical staff include emergency medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, hematology/oncology, and geriatrics. Corewell Health Greenville Hospital: Corewell Health Greenville Hospital is a community-based hospital serving Greenville, MI, and greater Montcalm County.
