Process the Colleges mail and outgoing parcels.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Sort incoming mail.
2. Deliver mail to college offices.
3. Post outgoing mail.
4. Prepare outgoing parcels.
5. Complete other related duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

• High school or equivalent required.

Minimum experience in office/college setting preferred.

None.

Ability to understand and run hardware and software associated with the mail room including but not limited to postage meters,desktop computers,tabbing machines,etc.

General business etiquette.
