Truck Driver - CDL Class A

Currently, we are seeking a Truck Driver to support our Delmar, DE location. This position only requires local travel within our company's footprint to safely haul and delivery Forklifts to our customer locations. Main Duties:

Load, handle and transport forklifts or other pieces of related material handling equipment

Investigate safety loads to correct loads

Deliver equipment to destinations, unload equipment and complete paperwork

Manage vehicle in safe operating condition required by DOT

Manage logs and records as per DOT regulations

Load and unload equipment and secure for safe transportation

Deliver load with good attention to customer service and safety

Adhere to laws on commercial vehicle operation as per Federal, State and local authorities

Requirements:

A clean driving record is a MUST!

Experience SAFELY securing and delivering heavy equipment, forklifts, and/or like equipment a MUST!

Class A CDL driver's license

Rollback experience

Rollback and tractor trailer experience

Detail oriented with IFTA paperwork, work orders, and delivery paperwork

Customer service focused

Compensation:

This position is paid hourly with a pay range of $26.00/hr. - $30.00/hr. Compensation is based on experience.
