In the Gaming Platform Finance Lead role, you will unify and lead the financial vision for our Gaming Platform organization. This organization is critical to the gaming strategy, encompassing our fast-growing Game Pass subscription, 3rd Party content and our Xbox hardware and accessories business. This role will provide a holistic perspective across the separate business units, driving the consolidation of financial processes and systems across divisions. You will collaborate with business owners and the Senior Finance Managers to identify and resolve challenges, as well as support the President of Platform in executive reviews. By fostering seamless integration and alignment, this leader will enable operational efficiency, compliance, and transformation across our diverse gaming portfolio. #Finance Financial Analysis IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
