Summary

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for team members seeking technical help. In this role you'll dive into hands-on troubleshooting, perform inhouse repairs, and research solutions that keep our technology running smoothly. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of systems and may also assist with network, server, and workstation support. Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should bring a strong mix of technical ability, problem-solving skills, and customer-focused support experience, including:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to document procedures clearly
• Solid understanding of IT support fundamentals, including computer repair
• Technical proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office
• General knowledge of Microsoft-based networking and hardware platforms
• Ability to work independently with strong problemsolving skills
• Actively pursuing an ITrelated degree or possessing equivalent experience
