What to Expect
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to support our supply chain analytics and systems team. In this role, you will function as a key liaison between the Supply Chain Organization and core stakeholders including Engineering, Finance and Manufacturing. The Program Manager will work closely with the Program/Project team to manage high visibility and high value programs, including the implementation of enterprise AI initiatives. The Program Manager will provide recommendations and drive cross-functional decision-making to implement recommendations with the relevant teams throughout Supply Chain.
What You'll Do
- Create presentations, data visualizations and executive summaries to guide decision-making across the supply chain team
- Represent the Supply Chain Organization in meetings with Tesla's Executive Team to provide updates on project status
- Identifying initiatives for supply chain automation and efficiency improvement, and guide such initiatives from conception through implementation
- Providing strategic insights and conclusions based on research and analysis
- Develop presentations to be delivered to internal and external strategic stakeholders
- Define, implement, and drive execution of project requirements, workflows and plans
- Respond promptly, accurately and efficiently to data and research requests and questions
- Continuously analyze project processes and activities to ensure no delays to the project and that potential risks are identified in a timely manner
What You'll Bring
Degree in Finance, Business, Economics and/or equivalent professional experience (Finance, Accounting, Engineering and other technical degrees are a plus) At least 1-3 years of project management experience in a fast paced, highly fluid environment or other evidence of exceptional ability - Past experience within consulting or investment banking are nice to have
- Strong presentation skills, and experience creating polished business presentations
- Demonstrated applied experience delivering complex programs and projects
- Highly collaborative, team oriented and comfortable leading cross-functional projects
- Excellent analytical skills including advanced Excel
- Experience analyzing and visualizing data using e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau (or similar) is preferred
- Strong communication skills, including with executive or high management presence

Expected Compensation
$84,000 - $192,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
