Iridium is seeking a talented and motivated Systems Security Administrator III to join the Iridium Government and Hosted Payload Services - Engineering & Services Support team. As a Systems Security Administrator III, you'll independently deliver high-quality work and drive projects and deliverables to completion, including being responsible for the administration and maintenance of computational environments supporting Iridium Government services. In this role, you will focus primarily on configuration, rollout, maintenance, data backup and recovery, performance tuning, security upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting across multiple sites and within the government and cloud environment. You will succeed in this role if you can work both independently and collaboratively, effectively manage priorities, and maintain alignment with the cadence of government projects and cybersecurity efforts. This position requires an active/current Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active). What You'll Do:
Work independently to evaluate and troubleshoot compute systems after STIG's (Security Technical Implementation Guides) have been applied

This position primarily works in an office setting and is largely sedentary with the majority of the position working with a computer. The role typically requires the use of basic office equipment such as a phone, video, computer, keyboard, mouse, and printer.
