The Analyst, Employment Strategy will play a critical role on the Quality Talent Pipeline team, tasked with supporting the building of clinical talent pipelines for PCTs and Nurses to help deliver fully staffed and stable teams for field partners. This teammate will blend project management, data analysis, and strategic advising to support long-term investments in these talent pools.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing key projects with support, analyzing performance trends to identify opportunities, and supporting senior leaders with strategic next steps. Ideally, you are organized, detail-oriented, execution-focused, and passionate about using data to drive decision-making and improve processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

Analytics & Strategy

  • Analytic Thinking: Distills insights and trends from qualitative and quantitative data, capturing themes and next steps with guidance from leadership.
  • Reporting: Support the definition of success metrics and create dashboards to monitor progress against program goals. Provide frequent and clear reporting on key findings and metrics to stakeholders.
  • Strategic Advising: Convey analytical findings in a cohesive story. Support senior leaders and partners in determining next steps and assist in developing deployment plans based on data-driven insights.

Project Management

  • Manage Projects: Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors with support. Coordinate the execution of new projects and initiatives from concept to deployment under the guidance of a manager.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively troubleshoot when processes are not working. Partner with managers to identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency in workflows with oversight.

Communication & Relationship Building

  • Stakeholder Management: Build trust and encourage collaboration across different teams, including school partners, vendors, and DaVita teammates.
  • Executive Communication: Draft materials (presentation decks, recap notes) and effectively communicate - both written and verbally - up to senior-level audiences with review and support.
  • Vendor/Partner Accountability: Partner with leadership to hold external partners and vendors accountable to contracted outputs and expectations, escalating issues as appropriate.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of total work experience.
  • Experience in project management or program coordination is strongly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated intermediate to high proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to filter data with pivot tables to support business decisions and interpret trends with support.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes using data, and resolve conflicts with guidance from managers.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting clear and concise strategic recommendations to program leaders within defined scope.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ownership: Ability to set and achieve goals across multiple priorities with minimal supervision on routine tasks.
  • Accountability: Responsible for projects and/or process(es) with manager support.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $57,784.00 - $76,000.00/year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hour Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.63/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
