A key component of our strategy is developing advanced data analytics to inform program performance and model of care design. We are seeking a Senior Analyst to act as a project lead and trusted analytic partner. In this role, you will move beyond execution to proactively influence strategic direction, answer advanced analytical questions, and mentor other teammates. You will be responsible for monitoring the performance of value-based care programs and driving operational improvements through data. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
