Posting Date 02/17/2026 2000 16th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202-5117, United States of America The Clinical Programs Manager will develop and oversee operations for the Clinical Pharmacy Management Team and directly manage a team of Authorization Coordinators. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Clinical Pharmacy Management, the Manager is primarily responsible for direct management of the authorization coordinators on the team, and will ensure that Team service levels are achieved and that any negative impact to them is mitigated, accounted for, and reported to Senior Leadership. This individual will collaborate directly with the leadership team and decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support the formulary management process. This is a REMOTE role, requiring less than 30% annual travel. We request that this person adhere to our core business hours of 7:30am to 4:00pm Pacific Time. Essential Responsibilities:

This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $91,080.00 - $133,760.00/year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
