- In this role you will be responsible for working with Linde
Engineering and Linde Gas Operations to ensure purification systems for electronics customers are designed and operated according to best practices, as well as support Operations personnel in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining key purification systems at Linde's electronics facilities globally - You may also be called upon to assist new projects in scoping,
FAT inspections, and commissioning of highly specialized electronics purification equipment - Develop
best practices for electronics grade purification systems - Become
the internal expert on the UHP purification systems required for Linde Gases global electronics facilities - Develop
roadmap that highlights the reliability of purification systems, looking for problem areas to address - Support
Linde Engineering and Linde Gas Operations through hands on support and training in electronics specific purification technologies - Work
with QA (customer, electronics, corporate) on qualifying purifiers, updating, or writing operation procedures and standards, responding to customer requests, and troubleshooting quality issues - You will be required to be active in the Linde productivity programs
- Understand
and adhere to company safety work policies and operating practices; Report safety incidents and near misses - Support
commercial teams and operating regions with presentations and discussions with customers and Linde management - Further, you will support
startup of global purification systems and troubleshoot problems and assist in performing corrective maintenance and root cause analysis on purification systems - Identify
and assist in managing spare and replacement system components - Work
with reliability team to establish and maintain operating and maintenance procedures and preventative maintenance schedules for electronics specific purification systems
What makes you great
- You have a Bachelor's
Degree in a technical discipline (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred), or equivalent experience and minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience - Ability
to write and interpret technical procedures and instructions is required in this role - Ability
to work on multiple projects during a given time frame - Industrial
Gas experience is preferred - You have experience
ultra-high purity gas purification systems is preferred - Basic
electrical and instrumental aptitude is desired - Ability
to travel up to 30% globally and provide after business hours support as needed - You must be a highly organized self-starter capable of working independently
- Must
have excellent communication skills (both orally and written), with an ability to deal with multiple levels of the internal organization, suppliers, and customers - This
is a global support role, you must be able to work across organizational lines to accomplish goals

The salary range for this role is: $113,680-$162,700.
This position requires a combination of office work and fieldwork. It will also be required to provide hands-on field support for operations and mentoring and developing purifier knowledge globally. Some after-hours work will be required. Both ad hoc and preplanned travel to plants will be required for this role. Carrying of a cell phone and off hours availability are expected.
