About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a EUT Specialist - SME to join us.

Role Summary

The EUT Specialist - SME provides subject matter expertise and technical leadership for end user technology operations, leading the installation, packaging, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise desktop and mobile applications.

This expert-level role provides technical oversight for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, manages group policies and security tools, leads patch management efforts, manages vulnerability remediation and POA&Ms, and supports the development of EUT strategies and technical roadmaps. It is a highly visible position for a seasoned End User Technology leader who enjoys shaping enterprise standards while remaining hands-on with complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

    Provide subject matter expertise and technical leadership for all end user technology operations
  • Lead the installation, packaging, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise desktop and mobile applications
  • Provide technical oversight for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
  • Manage group policies, device drivers, and security tools
  • Lead patch management activities supporting security requirements
  • Support vulnerability remediation and POA&M activities for end user devices
  • Contribute to development of EUT strategies and technology roadmaps
  • Provide technical directions to EUT teams
  • Evaluate emerging end-user technologies and make recommendations
  • Support adherence to federal security baselines and standards
  • Drive automation and optimization initiatives


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 years of related experience as a subject matter expert in End User Technology
  • Extensive experience supporting enterprise desktop and mobile environments
  • Expert-level knowledge of Windows, Mac, and iOS platforms
  • Proven leadership managing EUT operations at scale
  • Deep understanding of patch management and vulnerability remediation

Education & Substitutions

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience

Education substitutions accepted per contract guidelines:

  • No Degree: 2 additional years experience
  • Associate's degree: 1 additional year experience
  • Bachelor's Degree: Meets baseline requirement
  • Master's Degree or PhD: No additional experience required

Preferred Skills

  • Multiple platform certifications (Microsoft, Apple, etc.)
  • Experience with BigFix, SCCM, Intune, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of federal security frameworks (NIST, STIG)
  • Understanding of Zero Trust Endpoint Security
  • Strong strategic planning and technology evaluation skills
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities

Background Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.

Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
