About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Enterprise Operations Center Specialist - Lead to join us.

Role Summary

The Enterprise Operations Center Specialist - Lead provides both technical and management leadership for the Enterprise Operations Center, supervising operations and ensuring timely problem resolution through established processes.

This leadership role serves as the focal point for all operational concerns, establishes goals and plans, coordinates documentation reviews and updates, ensures staff training, and manages multi-shift operations supporting enterprise operations and monitoring requirements.

This is a high-impact position for an experienced leader who thrives in mission-critical environments and is ready to shape the performance, stability, and evolution of enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities

    Provide technical and management leadership for enterprise operations tasks and technology assignments
  • Supervise operations within the Enterprise Operations Center (EOC)
  • Serve as focal point for operational concerns and establish goals and plans to meet operational objectives
  • Ensure timely processes for problem control, identification, research, and escalation
  • Coordinate the review and update of all documentation used by EOC staff
  • Ensure all members of the staff are trained on procedures and tools
  • Manage multi-shift staffing model and operations
  • Lead root cause analysis for operational issues
  • Interface with senior management on operational status and issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for EOC operations
  • Manage escalations and coordinate with technical teams


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of related experience managing a complex enterprise operations center
  • Proven experience providing technical leadership and supervision of operations
  • Strong management and organizational skills
  • Experience with 24x7 operations and shift management
  • Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management best practices

Education & Substitutions

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience

Education substitutions accepted per contract guidelines:

  • No Degree: 2 additional years experience
  • Associate's Degree: 1 additional year experience
  • Bachelor's Degree: Meets baseline requirement
  • Master's Degree or PhD: No additional experience required

Preferred Skills

  • ITIL Managing Professional or Expert certification
  • Experience managing NOC/SOC operations
  • Knowledge of enterprise monitoring and management platforms
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with operational metrics and reporting

Background Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.

Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
