DMI, LLC is seeking a Enterprise Operations Center Engineer - Mid to join us.

Role Summary

The Enterprise Operations Center Engineer - Mid plays a critical role in maintaining the stability and performance of enterprise systems. This position performs day-to-day monitoring activities within the Enterprise Operations Center, coordinating resolution of events and alerts in accordance with SLAs.

In this role, you will utilize monitoring tools to identify and diagnose complex problems, maintain SOPs and runbooks, provide 24x7x365 operational support including shift rotations, and document incidents and resolutions supporting enterprise operations. This is an opportunity to work in a high-visibility environment where your technical expertise directly supports mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day activities to monitor systems and infrastructure for events and alerts within the Enterprise Operations Center (EOC)
• Coordinate resolution of events and alerts in accordance with SLAs
• Utilize monitoring tools to identify and diagnose complex problems
• Maintain SOPs and runbooks for monitoring and escalation
• Provide 24x7x365 operational support including shift rotations
• Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems
• Monitor infrastructure health and performance metrics
• Escalate issues to appropriate technical teams
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
• Generate operational reports and metrics
• Support continuous improvement of monitoring and alerting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience providing support to an enterprise operations center
• Experience with monitoring platforms, incident management, and NOC operations
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure components and troubleshooting
• Proven ability to work in 24x7 shift-based operations
• Understanding of ITIL incident management processes

Education & Substitutions

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience

Education substitutions accepted per contract guidelines:

• No Degree: 2 additional years experience
• Associate's Degree: 1 additional year experience
• Bachelor's Degree: Meets baseline requirement
• Master's Degree or PhD: No additional experience required

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation certification
• Experience with enterprise monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, SCOM)
• Knowledge of network and systems infrastructure
• Understanding of ticketing systems and workflow management
• Strong communication skills for coordinating across teams
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure

Background Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.

Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
