DMI, LLC | Remote (U.S.) DMI, LLC is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Knowledge Manager to lead and mature our enterprise knowledge management program. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping the vision, governance, and execution of knowledge management across a complex IT services environment. The ideal candidate is both strategic and operational-capable of defining enterprise-wide direction while driving measurable outcomes through modern methodologies, governance frameworks, and AI-enabled innovation. Position OverviewThe Senior Knowledge Manager leads the strategic direction and implementation of the enterprise knowledge management program. This role aligns knowledge strategy with IT service delivery objectives, partners with technical subject matter experts, and ensures knowledge assets deliver measurable business value. You will champion Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) practices, establish governance and quality standards, develop executive reporting, and identify opportunities to enhance knowledge management through AI and emerging technologies.
