Location: Remote, US DMI is seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Infrastructure Service Delivery Program Manager to lead large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure operations supporting more than 6,000 end users across multiple locations. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing enterprise data centers, servers, storage, networking, and disaster recovery operations while ensuring high-performing service delivery across a complex, distributed environment. Role OverviewThe Enterprise Infrastructure Service Delivery Program Manager provides executive oversight and day-to-day leadership for enterprise infrastructure operations. This role is responsible for ensuring SLA performance, managing large technical teams, driving operational excellence, and aligning infrastructure capabilities with program objectives. Reporting directly to the Senior Program Manager, this leader will determine resource requirements, guide infrastructure strategy, and oversee service delivery across multiple mission-critical programs.
