ChampionX (SLB) has an immediate need for aRegional Sales Representative in Evans, CO for our Prime Pump Solutions business.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve existing and potential customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.

  • Establish new accounts by identifying high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, and completing sales.

  • Work with the customers and Engineers to ensure the equipment meets the system requirements.

  • Determine improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment

  • Engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.

  • Provides technical sales support to assure successful customer integration, problem resolution and implementation of established organization products.

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Provide routine and special service support to customers by identifying and resolving challenges.

  • Execute required chemistry tests, log and report data, maintain product inventories.

  • Assist with the installation, calibration and maintenance equipment.

  • May assist with training customers.

  • Interacts with operator level.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or technical degree in Engineering, Science, or related field experience

  • 3 years relevant experience in the oilfield services industry

  • Ability to plan and execute strategies and initiatives

  • Experience selling to customer needs/requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present, persuade, and collaborate

  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

  • Negotiation skills

  • Consistently demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Ability to interact politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers

Compensation:

$95,000/Annual

  • Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to customer or other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.

  • Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.

  • Sitting: May sit for extended periods of time.

  • Moving around the office: Moving between desk and file cabinets and/or office equipment.

  • Repetitive motion: Substantial movement (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers to use a computer.

Visual Acuity

  • The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading.

  • The employee is required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles.

  • The employee is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures.

Working Conditions
