This summer, we're excited to continue our 10-week Summer Internship Program-an opportunity for motivated college juniors, seniors and graduates to gain hands-on experience in the financial industry. Full Time (40 hours/week) attendance will be required, on site in Newport News, VA, from Monday June 1 - Friday August 7. Why Intern with Langley Federal Credit Union?
Job Summary: A detail-oriented and analytical intern will analyze member feedback and experience data from multiple channels including service cases, surveys, reviews, and social media to identify patterns, key themes, and opportunities to improve the overall member experience. Working with onboarding and lifecycle data, the intern will focus on a single product pilot to understand how and when members engage, identify signals of readiness or need, and determine the most meaningful moments in the member journey to introduce the product in a way that feels helpful, timely, and relationship building rather than transactional. By synthesizing large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data, the intern will translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for optimal product timing and experience design.
